I help organisations fix customer and employee experience friction through research, facilitation and training. When things feel complex or stuck, I map what’s real, find the leverage points, and turn it into clear next steps teams can actually use. Outside client work, I’m building Aubyo, a permaculture farm and nature-based hospitality project in the Belgian Ardennes, and I keep making music as Yuna Mas.

I fix messy experience problems. Not exactly like Winston Wolfe in Pulp Fiction but when teams feel friction (customers or employees), I map what’s happening, find the leverage points, and help you act fast. I handle it as swiftly as Tarantino’s fixer. And without all the blood.

I do this as a CX/EX strategist at Everybody Happy.

I create stuff. Not exactly like Tyler, The Creator, because today I create experience roadmaps. From customer journeys to employee journeys, from pain points to priorities, and from workshops to implementation. I create plans companies actually use.

I also create the tangible stuff that supports the experience: workshop material, internal comms assets, simple formats and prototypes that help teams communicate and align. Sometimes that includes digital or brand touchpoints, but always in service of customer of employee experience.

I build things. Not exactly like master builder Wyldstyle in The Lego Movie but give me a business, a service, a product, … and I build or rebuild it, sometimes going wild with imagination. But not as wild as Wyldstyle. And with less bricks.
